The Enhanced Daily Time Record (E-DTR) is an online platform for the personnel of the
University of Southern Mindanao. It integrates the functionality of monitoring of
attendance
and performance of individual personnel, their location and interaction with clients and
co-employees at any given time. It also allows individual personnel to record their
learning
or competency demonstration as they perform their daily tasks. This online tool supports
the
HR functions on compensation, performance monitoring, and learning & development. With
the
integration of location, health status, and client records, this has served as a contact
tracing tool to aid the management in decisions in time of pandemic.
In the future, tasks will be linked up with the IPCR to automate the Strategic
Performance
Management System (SPMS). Performance efficiency (function/task per unit time) will also
be
generated from the EDTR database as basis for Rewards and Recognition (R&R). Learning
Journals also support in the monitoring of the Individual Learning and Development
Plans.
With the competency monitoring and performance efficiency, an individual maybe
prioritized
in promotion and placements.
